KPWT 2009 WORLD TOUR haz click aqui Lunes 7 de diciembre La última prueba del Mundial de kitesurf de la KPWT se vio obligada a aplazar su comienzo después de que los organizadores decretasen que el viento que soplaba sobre la playa de Essaouira (Marruecos) era insuficiente para dar comienzo a la competición de freestyle. La noche del domingo se celebró la fiesta inaugural de la prueba, con lo que la jornada de ayer sirvió para que los participantes se relajasen. Además de entrenarse para la prueba pudieron disfrutar de la actuación de un dj local para amenizar la mañana en la playa marroquí. Los participantes en la cita de la KPWT deleitaron a los asistentes, sobre todo a los más pequeños, con sus piruetas durante los entrenamientos de ayer a la espera de que el viento reaparezca hoy y se pueda dar comienzo a la prueba. Gisela Pulido llega a la cita como líder de la general y con ventaja para ser campeona. Sería su sexto título mundial. Después de dos años seguidos como campeona en el circuito de la PKRA este sería su cuarto campeonato de la KPWT, que abandonó hace dos años para pasar al circuito de más prestigio.
